Working week: Tuesday – Saturday although must be flexible especially during the competition season. 8am – 5pm, 1 hour lunch break. 40 hours
Course: City & Guilds Diploma level 2 or 3 in Work based Horse care

About the yard:
Zoe is young event rider with a proven record in both BYEH and International competition.
From her base at Paul Tapner’s yard near Highworth in Wiltshire, she specialises in carefully producing young horses through the levels to have long, happy, healthy careers.
Zoe Wilkinson is an international event rider and previous winning of the Mark Todd Bridging the Gap Scholarship. She is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic candidate to join her team to help with her horses which range from 4 year olds to 3 star.
Daily duties will include:
- General yard duties such as feeding mucking out
- Cleaning tack etc.
- The candidate must be confident handling youngsters and fit event horses, be a competent rider and be able to plait and turn out to a respectable standard.
- There will also be opportunities to travel to competitions.
Future Prospects: Stepping stone to full time competition groom/head girl.

Personal Qualities: Willing to work as part of a team. Flexible, hard working, friendly and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude. Takes pride in their work.
Qualifications Required: BHS or Diploma Level 2 or equivalent industry experience
